MDCAT registration 2025 criteria states that candidates must have completed their intermediate/HSSC with Pre-Medical group (or an equivalent exam eg. A levels) and scored at least 60%.

1. Recent Photograph : A passport-sized photograph with a blue or white background.
2. CNIC/B-Form/Passport : A scanned copy of your CNIC, B-form (for those under 18), or passport for foreign candidates.

Step 1: Create your account The first thing you need to for online registration for MDCAT 2025 is to create an account on the PMDC website.
Go to PMDC Official Website and click on the button in the bottom left corner that says ‘MDCAT Registration’. Alternately, you can go directly to https://mdcat.pmdc.pk/Account/Login. You will see this login screen. To create and account, click on the register button and you will see this screen. This is the information you'll need to enter to create an account on the PMDC registration portal Enter you full name and father’s name in the fields provided. Make sure your name matches the name on your CNIC/B-form and your education certificates. In the ‘Identification type’ field, select the appropriate form of ID. If you are a Pakistani citizen living in Pakistan, this will be the first option (CNIC/B-FORM/Smart-Card). Make sure your persona information matches your CNIC. Another important thing is to provide a proper phone number and email address that you can access later, as they may be used for further communication. Next type in a password that you can remember, and type it again in the ‘confirm password’ field. Answer the verification question, and click on the ‘Sign up’ button. You should see a message that says ‘Account created successfully’ and a button that says ‘Click here to Log in’. Step 2: Log into your account After you have created your account the next step is to login to your account. To do this, go back to the login screen below, and type in the email ID and password you entered to create your account.

First, enter your ‘City of Residence’ from the dropdown menu. This is just the city where you live. If your city is not on the list, choose the closest location you can find. Next, enter your ‘City of Domicile’. This is the city where you’re originally from, and the one that is on your domicile. If you do not have a domicile yet, you should apply for one immediately and enter here the city that will be on your domicile. Next, choose your preferred university. You should choose this according to your province and location. This year, there are six choices for test conducting universities that you can choose from. This is the list of universities conducting the MDCAT this year Once you have chosen your preferred university, you can select your preferred test city from the given locations. This is the city where your test will be conducted. Choose the city closest to your location. You will have the following options according to your choice of university.

For freshers these will be your first year percentage or AS level grades, and for improvers this will be your consolidated percantage for inter or your A levels grades.
