Before final submission of your application, create a challan of an applicationprocessing fee (Non-refundable) per program. You can submit thefee through this challan at the nearest branch of the Bank of Punjab (BOP)before the deadline of application submission. Paid challan slip must beuploaded on the online application portal.
Step 5:
Upload the required document (Max.Size: 1 Mb/each document) as mentionedon the application portal. Verify the filled information and attachments
Step 6:
Make the final submission of your application form. After final submission, aconfirmation notification will be received on your e-mail address. Please note thatthe application shall not be editable after final submission.
Important Instructions UHS Admissions 2024
- Incomplete applications or those submitted in violation of the prescribed procedure shall berejected. It shall be the responsibility of the candidate to submit correct and completeapplication with all mandatory documents as stipulated on the application form within theassigned timeline.
- After submission of online application, the candidate is not required to submit the printout ofapplication at the University.
- Admission shall be granted on open merit basis only
- Those having foreign qualifications (A-Level, 12th Grade, etc.) must upload equivalencecertificate issued by IBCC.
