Registration for NUMS MDCAT-2026 is now open. Here's a breakdown of the fee structure:

To appear in NUMS MDCAT-2026, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Valid citizenship of Pakistan, Overseas Pakistani, Dual National, or Foreign National
- FSc (Pre-Medical) / HSSC / A-Levels / 12th Grade — awaiting result candidates can also apply
- A-Level students must obtain IBCC equivalence
- Minimum required marks as per PMDC rules
- Candidates below 18 years of age must have a valid Juvenile Card issued by NADRA
Important: NUMS MDCAT-2026 (held on 23 August 2026) will be valid for Session 2026-27 only. This result will not carry over to future admissions cycles.

NUMS MDCAT-2026 is divided into two papers:

- Moderate: 60%

In Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, 70% of questions are recall-based and 30% are application-level. There is no negative marking.
The NUMS MDCAT-2026 syllabus closely mirrors the PMDC MDCAT syllabus. It is based on FSc/HSSC-level curriculum and is largely the same as last year. Candidates are advised not to restrict themselves to limited syllabi and to pursue broad-based study.
